About Fidelia
Her experience includes supporting autistic learners and children with ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia and other learning needs. Her work focuses on developing academic, communication and daily living skills through individualised learning support. Fidelia provides individualised ABA-based support under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision. She is currently completing Applied Behavior Analysis Technician® (ABAT®) training through SEED Autism.
Fidelia believes that every child has unique strengths and abilities. She aims to create supportive learning environments that encourage confidence, independence and meaningful participation in everyday activities.
Early intervention & individualised education planning
Alongside ABA-based support, Fidelia provides Early Intervention Programme (EIP) support and develops, implements and reviews Individualised Education Plans (IEPs). Each plan sets out personalised learning goals and support strategies based on the child’s strengths, developmental needs and everyday skills. She reviews progress and adjusts the plan as the child’s needs evolve.
